Tracy Chan is the founder of Chan Wealth Management and a retirement plan advisor specializing in corporate 401(k) plans and retirement-focused wealth management strategies.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Tracy works closely with business owners, executives, and plan sponsors to design and manage retirement plans that are efficient, compliant, and aligned with long-term financial goals.

His practice is built on a deep understanding of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including fiduciary oversight, investment selection, plan benchmarking, and participant engagement. Tracy partners with companies to simplify plan management while improving employee participation and long-term retirement readiness.

In addition to his work with retirement plans, Tracy advises individuals and families as they transition into retirement, focusing on income strategies, portfolio structure, and long-term financial stability.

Tracy earned his MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
